I had a meeting (cough, cough – coffee) with Elaine earlier this year when I heard about her new venture here in Port Lincoln, and I believe her intent behind Awaken on Eyre is valuable – not only for people seeking mind, body or soul services, but also for practitioners looking for somewhere to start their businesses or work with like-minded people.
What does “healthy” or “health” mean to you?
Health to me is a way of living in your truth. What I mean by that is try to live your life as truthful as possible to yourself, its energy consuming not to. When the soul has been fractured the eyes tell the story. Look deep into people’s eyes to see the true story.
Please share a little bit about your background?
I have been on my spiritual path for 22 years now, starting with a Red Jasper crystal given to me by a friend, it opened up so much for me, that since then I have read and researched millions of spiritual avenues that have interested me. Tarot cards, clairvoyants, mediums, Mind Body Spirit Festivals, always searching for what my life purpose is. I was always told that I am psychic, but what does that really mean, and how could I be like others, after all I was a rebel that did things my way, and spiritual people lived their lives so differently from me. That is, all these clairvoyants and card readers and healers are so brilliant, they were born that way, and how could I be psychic. I am now able to comfortably live in my own skin knowing that I am an Intuitive person living a human existence.
Also please explain the reasoning behind Awaken on Eyre?
Awaken on Eyre got the name from me knowing that there is a huge spiritual movement on the go right now in 2015, hence the name to Awaken to your spiritual awakening. Also the numerology number for the name is Master 11, The 11 symbolizes the potential to push the limitations of the human experience into the stratosphere of the highest spiritual perception; the link between the mortal and the immortal; between man and spirit; between darkness and light; ignorance and enlightenment. This is the ultimate symbolic power of the 11.
How are you now helping people in their journey to improve their quality of life & why is this important to you?
I run group circles on Thursdays, where we explore all different spiritual paths, from Clairvoyance, card readings, crystals, empathy, changing their mind set and just making it easier for others to understand that what they are going through in their awakening, they are not alone there are others out there wanting to help and be understood. This is important to me because I feel that there are a huge amount of people hurting and not having a safe haven to speak their truth in.

Have you personally experienced hypnotherapy and if so, please share your experience?
Until this last Sunday, 15 March I had never had a hypnotherapy session before. I attended a retreat held by Chantelle, the experience was even more than I had believed possible. I could feel and hear everything in the room around me, but at the same time it felt like I was alone in that room, even though there were 14 other people there. I experienced a deep relaxation, and was very tired after the session. And the next day woke feeling really refreshed.
What advice do you have for anyone wanting to make changes in their lives?
Take the step, you might falter and fall, that’s part of life, but you always get up, dust yourself off and start again. If you take the step with others help, it could be the life changer you were searching for.
What is one very valuable and important lesson you have learned on your own personal journey that you can share?
Listen to everything that another person is saying to you, digest it and contemplate on it before jumping to conclusions. If you truly digest what they say, you can always find that what you thought had been said, was you interpreted in your mind, not what it might have meant. Never assume, always presume. To assume makes and ASS of you and me.
What are some of your greatest personal achievements?
My greatest personal achievement around business is moving to Port Lincoln and actually starting up this business, in the first place.
What are your ultimate goals?
My ultimate goal for my business is to provide a place for practitioners to work out of in a safe environment, and that we provide support under one roof to anyone who needs our help, whether it be spiritual, mental or physical. Personally my goal is to see others leave the Centre with their Souls singing.
Who are your inspirations, if any?
My Inspirations are my grandchildren. The new souls being born now are our teachers, and they are our bringers of knowledge. We must find a way to learn from them, before it’s too late.
