“I can't change the world, but I can change the world within you!”
What you need to know
Hypnosis is purely a deep relaxed meditative state of mind with a purpose. It is non-invasive, easy, simple and very similar to meditation. The goal of meditation is to experience peace in the present, to enter into a space between the mind and self becoming an observer and enhancing mindful awareness. Hypnosis induces this meditative state of mind to interact and engage with the subconscious mind, transforming habits and behaviours.
Beliefs, habits and behaviours live solely in the subconscious mind, so we must access them where they live to be able to change them. The truth is most people regularly attempt to make change when their systems are saturated in cortisol (stress), which is evidenced to be ineffective. Research confirms the most successful way is by non-invasive deep relaxation achieving a meditative state of mind, purely because when we feel safe and relaxed our subconscious mind opens to suggestion. This is why hypnosis and meditation is so effective.
